I believe recovery and healing is possible. As humans, we search for meaning and belonging. Through connection with ourselves and others, we can heal and grow in ways we never imagined. Behaviors can be understood and modified, thoughts can become less scary, and we can make choices that fit within our values. Humans are imperfect and make mistakes. As long as we keep growing and learning, we continue to improve ourselves and the world around us.
